Cut them or not?

I have an 05 black 450r and I'm wondering if I should cut the fenders or not. Opinions please

honestly i like the 450rs with the fenders removed over cut or trimmed. u see to many quads with trimmed fenders and i just like the fenders removed look.

ya'll who say dont cut have never ridden or had cuts. i said the same thing until i actually cut them....now will never go back to full fenders

Of course you say that Banshee's have elephant ears for fenders. With the fenders still on them you loose like 10mph. J/k
I had a banshee and i trimmed the fenders. My EX still has them

i was in the same position you were in a while back, so i wanted to see what it would look like trimmed before i even cut the fenders, so i went to wally world,then got some masking tape, and completely marked off ALL of the area you wanted to cut off. this lets you know how its gonna look ahead of time and if you dont like how it looks after you tape it, tape it again till you like it. also, if you jump or anything like that, you will LOVE having trimmed fenders trust me.

thats exactly what i was gonna say, just mask off the part u think u would want cut off, and step back to see how it would look, if ya like it grab ur jig saw, if ya dont..then rip that tape off throw it in the trash and walk back into the house...

I am with you 250EXrider. Save the hassle for something else and just take the sides off!
