Will a 400ex Rear brake lever fit on a 1989 250r ??? Let me know Thanks

well i guess I will find out soon, I made amistake and bought it on ebay, but didn`t realize it was for an ex. The listing said 250r 400ex etc. Stupid me .

You can buy 400 frt master cyl. same thing just different color. Hell of alot cheaper

Nope. Totally different design. The 250R frame has a peg that comes out and the pedal slides over it-the 400 brake pedal is the opposite and goes through the frame.

i dont think it will fit, My 400 pedel is pretty well straight, and I THINK a 250r pedal had a big curve it in, to go around the right footpeg.

Let me know what u figgur out!

Lenghts might not be the same either, and how they mount up on the frame is diffrent i think.
