when my bike was stock, i was right with 2 banshees (hooked up banshees) drag after drag. they can possibly pull away after i get 5th and they shift into 6th but who cares about that.

both bone stock with equalk rider the r will get it. if you go in the woods or on a track both stock, the guy on the r will think hes riding with someone on a 230quadsport

TRUST me I have a 2001 Banshee with FMF Fatty Pipes and a K&N filter. NO piped 450R or piped YFZ450 has a chance of keeping up with my banshee. I love the 450r but there is no way it would even keep up. But I am talking about if they raced on asphalt. On dirt the 450 could keep up!

I have no problem with piped, filtered, coolhead Banshees out in the sand.......I thought Banshees were the kings of the dunes?? lol. Of course it is fairly easy to make a Banshee pretty dominant out there. I would be though that I wouldn't have a problem with a Banshee on asphalt.........guess I'll have to wait and see, when our drag strip opens back up for spring.

we have a pretty modded banshee in our group we ride with and i have yet to loose a drag race to him. This has been in grass, dirt, up hills, downhills. my friend with the banshee claims its cuz he spins to bad but in long runs i know he isnt still spinnin and i keep pullin him. but my 450r isnt stock it has the hrc kit.

i raced a stock banshee at haspin acres on their drag strip. it was bone stock as far as i know, and ill i have is a HMF slip-on (stock jetting) and 13/39 gearing. from what everyone says, the lower gearing i run is bad for drag racing, but anyway, we were dead even the whole race, i got up to the top of 4th.

I dragged a Banshee on asphalt with pro circuit pipes when i was completely stock and i smoked him all the way until i was topped out in 5th.... then he blew by me.

I wish you were near me. I've got a 450R that will prove you wrong big time. Asphalt, dirt, or sand. It will make no differance.

Wll my dad can beat up your dad... lets not make this thread a big pissing contest, because you'll never be the fastest, toughest, strongest anything. Besides out here in AZ near the sand dunes most of the shees rolling around are 580s and theres no 450R keepin up with a 580PV shee...sorry.
