2003 z400 Rolling Chassis

I have a 2003 z400 rolling chassis that I wanted to put a motor in, but it doesn't look like I'm going to have time. It is completely stock with a 400ex air filter. I'm not going to part it out, so don't ask. I'm not sure how much it's worth so make me an offer.

So all that is missing is motor and exhaust?? Does this quad have a title?? This will make all the difference..let me know..Thanks

I do not have a title for it. I've never had a title on any of my ATVs before. I'm sure I could get a title for it if someone really needs it though. And yes, all it's missing is motor and exhaust.

Well here where I am located a quad is completely worthless without a title..You cant do anything with it at all..No registering, and no way in the world could you ever get it into your name no matter how many bills of sale or paperwork you have on it..It must have a title here..no if and or buts about it...So if you can get a title let me know..I am very interested, but if you cant get a title let me know that too because this machine would be completely worthless to me without one..let me know..Thanks

Since it didn't sell on ebay I am now just going to let the first person to bring me $1500 have it. I have contacted the previous owner that is in the Marines and is stationed in Phoenix and he said that he will be sending me the title in the next week or so. Let me know if you have any questions.
