I have a 300 ex with a DG pipe, and I'm getting a K&N air filter. It has already been jetted.. but should I go to a bigger jet???

you should probally go up at least one jet... More air.... there for more gas needed so u dont run to lean

But it already has a Jet kit on it.. It was jetted when I got it, and it has an aftermarket exaust, but I think I should go up to a bigger main, what do you suggest for my jet??

All I Can Tell You Is To Do A Spark Plug Check After You Install The Filter & See How You Are Burning.... Hold Throttle Wide Open For About A Minute & Kill The Engine Without Letting Go Of The Throttle & Pull Your Plug & Check Color, If Its White Your Lean Go Up A Size Or Two & If Its Black Go Down Till You Get A Brown Burn. Jet Size Will Depend On What You Have In There Now... I Would Guess You Have A 122 - 130 In There Now.

oh, ok.. so. I keep it in nutral, and keep it full throttle.. or do I ride it... also.. I think that it has about a 130-140 in it now..

Well Im Guessing You Arent Around That 140 Range Or Man Are You Running Rich....But Yes Just Check It In Neutral wide open , make sure not to let go of the throttle when you kill it though. :blah
