Bel-Ray : Thumper Racing 4-stroke motor oil, 20W50
That is all I will use. JH and redracer44 turned me onto it and it works well for me!

BelRay Thumper is good stuff. I tried both kinds of Honda oil along with the Honda tranny (red bottle) stuff and wasnt satisfied with it. Most of it broke down under hard riding conditions very quickly. I tried BelRay GearSaver in the clutch side and that stuff was crappy in the TRX plus I heard it eats up your seals.

I switched to Thumper and missed my 1st shift this past weekend since I switched to Thumper. It's really good stuff and holds up well, even to the abuse of my built motor. I can usually get 3 races (6 motos including practices) before I change my oil and could probably go longer but oil is cheap insurance.

I use klotz 10-40 in my EX and my buddy runs Klotz 10-40 in his 450R on both sides. Runs real smooth. It retails for like $9 a quart but we get it for $6.50 at our local dealer so ya cant beat it.
