Suspension Adjustment

OK,

I got my performace mods out of the way, now for the suspension. I need some feedback on recommended settings. I mainly ride my 400ex on trails, but occasionaly jump it (small jumps). I weigh in at about 250lbs.

Any suggestions?

If you are talking about the stock shocks then you need to run the front and rear in the stiffest position because of your weight. If you want aftermarket shocks then get the best shock your budget will allow. The more you spend the better your body will thank you!!!:D
