If its reall bad an air hammer if one is available is a huge help. Otherwise just a big hammer and punch and some pb blaster, eventually it'll go.

Who's got the best bolt replacement kit out there? I see them made from all different kinds of materials - what's the best for durability and non-rusting?

The one I'm running that I got from Jeff.
I haven't had mine out in almost 2 years and it came out with ease. It's a stock bolt that's greasable, you can't beat it.

I removed mine without stripping the bike down, just as it was sitting in the garage..... I drove the bolt out with a large Phillips screwdriver and left the screwdriver in place of the bolt until I was ready to replace the bolt.... Then I drove the bolt back in and it pushed the screwdriver back out.
I coated mine with some anti-seize after sanding the corrosion off it.....
Good Luck!!
