Im getting ready to prep my frame for pc. I was told you can pc over pc that is alredy on the frame. Does honda paint or pc stock frames? Or do you have to sand blast parts to get paint off?

it will need to be blasted which i believe he can do also

it can be done that way but i dont use that method. all parts are taken to metal here:)
