help w/ adjusting pic plz!!!!!!

hey y'all if anyone could help me out w/ this pic it would be great. The pic didnt pick up the color good at all and wuz wonderin if any of y'all had photoshop or any other good program that could correct it? The left side of my face has a bad glare on it too. Also,In the pic you can't make out the colors too good, i look really white lol, n my pink shirt isnt that pink at all....thanx

I dont know if i made it better or worse....Im not that good with photoshop, but i did my best...its a lil smaller to make it not look so pixelized (sp)
