thats all i will run on my 250r's, i would like a set for my 450r. that price seems a little high from what i remember. but that is for both leavers. what about the hotstart lever? seems cheap though compaired to the $160 works clutch.

how do companies verify charging this much for a disposeable item?

I am getting ready to order them for my 450. I have never ran them but everybody said they were great on the 250r. I was told they are better and easier to pull than a magura hydro clutch. I asked him the other day about the hot start. He told me he has a mount that goes on the back of the master cylinder, so it moves it to the other side. i'm pretty sure it uses the stock hot start cable. I cant remeber for sure but I think the clutch, brake and hot start mount were $135-145. And I agree thats alot better than works connection price, of just a clutch lever.

first if you put the hot start on the other side like the Dubach racing it is very hard to reach and yes it takes a differnt cable (Baldwin makes them). also ifit is like most perches then a works hot start should bolt on.

for the lights get an auto toggle and drill a small hole in the plastic on the left buy the tank and mount the switch. make sure you are far enough forward so that all the wires fit behind it. you can also mount a second switch for the kill if you want but i just wired mine on.

I have the RTC clutch and brake levers on my 450R and all 3 of my 250R's. They are the best levers you can buy. The clutch lever makes the clutch pull very light and smooth and the brake lever makes the front brakes work even better. I also have the Dubach hot start lever on the master cylinder clamp. IMO , that is the correct spot for the hot start because while you are holding the hot start lever there is no way you can push the throttle and as soon as the engine fires you can slide your thumb directly to the throttle. Very easy to start. The only problem that I had was that Brian at RTC told me the Dubach hot start would work with the stock TRX hot start cable . I had to fabricate a sleeve for the TRX cable to work , I believe the Dubach hot start lever will work with the CRF hot start cable.

Hey, I'm new to the forum. Actually this is my first post. Anyways, would any of you be able to email me, or post some pictures of the spacer you had to make for the cable. I'm also trying to get rid of all that extra stuff I don't need on my bars and I got a Applied lever with hotstart and need help with the spacer you were all talking about. Thanks alot.

RTC makes some really nice stuff! He's out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.....he's local to me. He's an honest guy and backs up his work. I had his levers on my 250R as well and loved them! The product is definitely worth the price!!

the Generation X atv lever works with the stock hotstart cable, has an easy pull and costs about half the price of the others, heres the link ...http://genxatv.com/hotstartclutchlever.html
