102 DB What Pipe

I just talked to Tim and Racer Productions and he told me that there will be no exceptions for the GNCC this year. 102DB is the max. Also he said that GNC will require 99 DB (that is what he heard yesterday and that is scary).

-So what pipe and silencer is out there that will met 102 DB and is not a power robbing pig??

Please give info for pipe and silencer.. This is not a thread on ideas of the DB requirements...

My WB Aluminum race pipe was tested at 102db at the dunes. It's not restricted at all, I'm very happy with the power from this pipe.
