valve adjust torque specs

What is the torque specs for the caps, and nut that holds the screw tight so the valve wont go out of adjustment. Also how tight do you get the timing covers ? thanx guys!

the 10mm nut you tighten goes to 18 ft/lbs. the caps on top of the head only go to 12 ft/lbs.
