Is it just me or does it seem that yamaha is falling behind there competion? Thas just an opinion. Well yamaha is coming out with a new grizzly 800which will beat every opponent. But wut about the sport bikes? They should make a Raptor 700 or 800. This is just my personal opinion. Does anyone else agree or disagree?
(not trying to offend YFZ owners)

um..i'm not the biggest yamaha fan..but I think there doing fine?..a raptor 700 or 800?...uhh..overkill?...the most they need to do is update the steering and suspension on the bikes..like the raptor banshee blaster ect.

i think there should be a 1000cc quad
like the 450 just a bigger engine so i can keep up to the sleds this year
i would buy one if they did have a 1000 or a 800

maybe they should make a raptor 1000, with a R1 motor in it

or maybe they should put a raptor 50 engine in the yfz.........it would haul then. it hink that would be a very good decision for yamah in increasing business:huh

i think yamaha needs to take thier raptor motor and stick it into the yfz chassis so it would sit lower and what not.

Im a Honda guy, but from my standpoint it looks they are doing pretty good. The only problem with Yamaha is half of its buyers and owners buy the wrong chit. Dont buy a raptor and put it on the track, dont buy a banshee and put it in the trails. That 450 kicks *** on the track, the raptor and banshee do well in the dunes, baja and such. If I were going trail riding it would be on a raptor 350, if I were in the dunes it would be banshee or raptor 660, or a 450 on the track. Many just arent being used for thier applications.

i think yamaha is doing fine, the yfz is going to be here for awhile like it or not, yeah banshees wont be sold in the u.s. much longer but the raptors are all over the place. i agree with cre performance, get the right quad for the enviroment your riding in. i will always own a honda but a yamaha would be nice.
