What do you guys know about this carb, i have a i know who wants to sell this to me for 200 bucks, should i take it. How does this carb compare to the fcr, is there any problems with these carbs, are they hard to tune. I was debating between getting this carb or installing a cam, where do you guys think i should put my money, into the cam or the carb. this is for a 400ex? just dont hear too much about this carb!

Why are you not a fan? What makes you unlike them....?

The stiff throttle and long throw is the main thing i had against mine.

I think youll get more benefit out of a cam than the carb to tell you the truth man... Get the cam first and build your motor some, and then worry about feeding that motor with a better carb. In all honesty, I hear alot of complaint about those carbs, but Ive never owned one so I cant be real specific about it...

oh yeah, i agree. i got much more benefit out of my cam/piston combo than i did my fcr.
