Me and some other family members are building a motocross/GNCC type track on our private property. We have a stream that runs across where we are building a crossover. Its at the bottom of a steep hill which has a step up at the top so we really dont need a jump at the bottom due to its steepness and the speed youll have to gain to make the hill and the step up. This stream is a mud bottom run-off stream so you can really cross it fast without major problems so we will have to bridge across it some how. My question is..............Do any of you guys have any helpful tips or hints on how to build a nice a nice bridge or something to get around this. Keep in mind that we dont have a lot of money to spend but do have some and we have built this entire track with hand tools and cant really access it with a dozer without tearing up major property that has a nice appearance to it. Thanks!

Can you build one out of lumber? Maybe 2 6x6's about 4-5 ft apart with some 2x6's layed flat on top? That would be plenty strong unless the stream is wide. Probably cost 75-100 bucks or so depending on how wide the stream is but you can't really cheap out on a bridge without risking safety.
