On one of my bottom a-arms, the holes in the two mounts on the frame are a little wider than what they should be. This makes the a-arm have alot of slop in it and move all around while riding.. This definatley shouldn't be going on. Is there any way to make the hole back to it's original size? Like welding a bead around the hole, then re-drilling or something?

You really only have a few options. One is to refab a new bracket, cut the old one off and weld the new one on. I have also heard of people welding a washer on the outside of the bracket. You might also be able to bore the hole bigger and have an insert machined and welded in place.
