16 cosmic sans ms red

Would a 2" home made header pipe make a difference? The stock is 1". Seems it would boost somthing.

give more sound but i dunno bout power prob. i think im going to build a LARGE DIAMETER HEAD PIPE maybe like 3' in diameter i dunno maybe bigger if i can becuz i have all the stuff to do it

I made my head pipe. I just used pvc piping. But don't go over 2.25". Noe I have great top end. My 400 makes like 50 horse power now.

i went with 1/4" stainless steel braided line and got incredible bottom end on my 400ex

dual water hoses.....I top out at 134 mph...:rolleyes:

i think dual drag pipes made out of sewer pipe would be cool and they would probabaly blow sh** all over the banshees!!! LOL-:blah :huh :huh :D :devil :huh

i just got back from duct taping a coffee can to my stainless steel hoses head pipe and it gave me 75 mph

U guys r mean!:D Don't make ur own header. Just buy one/ For a 300ex they aren't much. Also, a bigger diameter gives more top end, but kills bottom end power because of less back pressure.

i know chad, thats the main one i was lookin at, 50 horse and i think he had a pipe jetkit and "homeade header". no offense to the guy that did this, but i thinks thats exagerating a little. stock you've got about 27 or 28 with pipe and jet kit maybe 33 usually.

HEY LRD !! DID YOU HAVE TO RE-JET AFTER ADDIND THE COFFEE CAN? IF SO-WHAT JETS CONCORDE OR BOEING? i used water hose and i got a 70 percent increase in horsepower

i used a 4" dryer vent hose, got more top and bottom gains, money well spent...:blah pushing atleast 55 hp :D
