I bought a new lever that eliminates the parking brake and the reverse cable. How do i keep the cable engaged so that all i have to do is pull the lever?

Someone help me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

On the right hand side of the motor near the bottome frame rail there is the lever that the cable pulls on. Take the cable off and use a piece of coat hanger to permantly pull the lever back.

Now all you have to do is make sure your in neutral and pull up the lever for reverse. One of the first things i did to mine and haven't had any problems yet.
