idk of any sanctions up there but here in NE ohio we've got the CRA which im a member of the "noob" class is woodsman... then 4 stroke, open, and money quad....there are some real quick guys in woodsman tho...wish i was one..hahaha

theres a stock class in the gnccs but its a joke...

you can run tire balls, elka shocks (non rezzy on the front), all kinda other stuff that makes u faster...

class a is harder than b and b is harder than c

K i found this one thing on the canadian motocross site they say that for their beginner class they had 250CC aircooled 2strokes, would they have 250 4strokes in that class?
