how's the yfz for riding wheelies. i'm trying to decide between the r and the yfz. ive rode the r and wheeling is easy as $hit, ive went 2 miles on one. just wondering if the yfz is as easy.

If you can ride a 2 mile wheelie then you sould be able to ride a wheelie easy on just about anything.my buddies yfz is just as easy to ride a wheelie on as my 400EX.I haven't rode a 450r yet.

well ive rode my buddies 450 and its simple to wheelie, id think the yfz might be a little harder to wheelie bucause its sits lower. but with all that power it shouldnt be that hard.

400Ex is a little easier than the yfz but only because the yfz is balanced alot better.;)

I can pull the front end up in 5th gear and ride forever on a 400EX, 450R and YFZ. The YFZ is the hardest one to get up in 5th but it's still easy, I just need more practice on that bike.

I don't think you can ride a wheelie in 5th on a 400EX mine will barely pull up in 3rd..........

I don't know how i'm doing anything wrong. Most people i've heard say about 3rd is all it'll do.

iv,e rode many 400ex's and can wheelie all of them in 5th. by the way bought a yfz450 and i can pull them in all gears its not easy as say the 400 or 450, but easy enough.

i like it for riding wheelie's. the 400ex was maybe a little easier because the power delivery on the 400ex wasn't as strong. but on my first day of having the yfz 12/25/04 i already had it from 1st-3rd on the balance point through the yard
