i only do redvein, or bluevein on stems. i have trouble for some reason getting a straight translucent color to remain even on most stems. its a situation where you have a larger mass (tie rod plate and bearing hub area) and then a smaller mass with the stem and bar mount area. the chrome base doesnt reflects as much in that area, coupled with the fact you get more powder build up to cover those areas. some have turned out great while others havent so i just try to avoid them:D

usually with a stem that will get a denton style dampner you will only want a solid color. the pinch style mount will dig in and solid colors tend to hold up better in that area when they are used.

hey can i see a pic of the blue vein, eventually i want to do my frame blue vein,

hey thse stems are nice, but i dont know if they are nicer then my stem i made ;) kidding, the only reaon i made my own is because my upper mount bent back, but i do think my stem is cool, i might have to patent my idear and sell it to someone

they are $190 for a powdercoated unit, $230 for a chrome unit.

shipping usually runs around $9
