400ex spot rust problems

I got to noticing rust spots on the frame on my 400ex, mostly in places like where 2 peices come together and like around where my foot pegs attach to the frame. Anybody else have this problem?? I do go through alot of creeks around here. But I didnt think it would start to rust. Any way I can help prevent it??

ive always thought that if theres rust somewhere like that...that means its moving/rusting....which means trouble if it continues and goes through the frame....dont just powercoat it up
