One more thing.....how about rear brake line for a +1 LSR swingarm.....how do you grease an LSR bearing carrier for installation.....sorry for all the questions...im new to doing my own work. Also any suggestions for removin the a-arms with regards to ball joint removal without a ball joint puller.
Any info is greatly appreciated

I would go with Fastline or Galfer Lines.

YES, your stock brake lines will work with plus 2's, and i know this because i had plus 3's for a while and used the stock lines. Also, im not familliar with your a-arms, but why would you need a ball joint puller. Im guessing you meant to remove your stock a-arms?
Just work your way up inside the rim and where a bolt drops down out of your ball joint there will be a nut with a cotter pin stuck through it. Pull the cotter pin out and put a socket on there and turn it off. OHHH now i know what you mean (about the ball joing puller), umm let me think what i did on mine, i think i just got a set of vise grips and grabbed the bolt to keep it from spinning.

I got the bolt and cotter pin off fine....the problem is getting the ball joint on the arm to unseat from the steering knuckle without hurting the rubber seal. What did everybody else use to pull their stock arms off to put on your aftermarket ones?

Ohhh, i take it you did not get new ball joints with your a-arms? I thought you were just talking about how to get your stock a-arms off of there.

I don`t think the Stock Ball Joints are Removeable.

In the manual it says that there is a tool to remove the stock ball joints so i figured they must be removeable. They must be removeable. Say you bent your stock ball joints and took it to the dealership to get fixed. Would they make you get new a-arms just to replace the ball joints? Motion Pro makes a tool to remove stock ball joints intact..........i guess that's what i'll have to do. :huh

your trying to remove the ball-joint stud from the spindle, right?

I'll be a nice guy, and save you from having to buy the $$ tool from honda / motion pro (which will probably rip the boots anyway).. That way you'll have some $$ left over to buy a T-shirt :D

Method 1; remove the cotter pins, and put a socket between the joints (see attached picture) back one of the nuts off until it pushes the ball-joint stud out of the arm.. you may have to use some washers to take up the space between the nuts and socket..

method 2 (aka the lazy man's way :D)

just take a hammer and give the spindles a few sharp blows (not super hard, they are aluminum remember!) right on the red dots, should be enough to break the taper-lock between the spindle and ball-joint stud..

Ok now I know what he is talking about. That is not taking the Ball Joints off the A-Arms. Good Info Leo.
