400ex head gasket

I have a 440ex with 11:1 compression...im rebuilding it after one season of racing and when I ordered the topend gasket kit I ended up with the head gasket that is a metal like compound with a ring on the inside unlike the one I had before which is the layed metal gasket...do I need send this one back and get the all metal one?

if so where can I get one (just head gasket)



also...does anyone know where to get wiesco 440 piston rings???

mine that is on my 440 has the metal ring too and it has worked great, i havent blown a head gasket yet.
you can probably call wiseco for the rings or maybe even try C&D racing.
