I flipped the front wheels aroud on our kodiak, and it makes it WAY wider. I have to put some washers there to space it out a little more, but do you guys think this is too big of a risk to take? I mean the offset in like 0" on the one side, so it made it a wheels width wider on each side. Is it too much pressure? I wont jump it like this.... (hopefully)....:D

Any opinions...

Flipping the wheels on any quad is not good, jumping or not. Flipping the wheels puts strain on the hubs which is not good. It will cause severe bump steer and your turning radius has increased and the power it takes to turn has increased. If you ever are pulling anything or hitting falling logs to get over them your hub bolts will be taking huge hits. I would recommend flipping them back to the way they cam and getting off set wheels and some wider tires to give you the stability you are looking for.

Ok, well I just wanted it to be wider, I know it puts more stress on it, I was more just messin around. I wanna just see what its like for a minute, the switch them back. But it looks like it has long travel! :blah:

I wont leave it like that....

you could prolly just get spacers from like high lifter or something if you really wanted to make it wider.

Our kodiak is invincible, and even if it does brake, it wont phase it much....;)

I'll be careful.

on a sport quad flipping the rims isnt all that bad but it isnt good. but on a UTE i think itd be alot worse because thiers so much more weight on the front end. ud have some major stress on your front end with em flipped
