a buddy has a set of shamrock beadlocks he is wanting to sell. they aren't bent or anything, but the rings are scratched and scraped up. if a person was so inclined, can you buy replacement rings?

Yes, you can buy replacement rings. I assume they are Douglas beadlocks so visit http://www.douglaswheel.com. You can do that or get them powdercoated.
