Alright everyone... Heres where I'm sitting.. My racing buddie just got a new 450R Today.. So now he has to sell one of his race ready 400's.. So the one he's selling has a TC Built 465 stroker motor in it. He's willing to sell me the motor and all the built on parts for it. But he wants my 400ex motor and cash . Heres whats done with the 465 motor.

MOTOR: TC 440 big bore sleeve, piston, cam, port work, springs and valves, TC stroker crank, new tranny, HINSON clutch pressure plate, basket and 8 clutch plates. This motor runs on VP C12/C14 race gas, . This motor will complete destroy roostin dales old c-dale ( I know this because one of my Racing buddies has his old Dale) and it eats 450s...

I'm hoping anyone that knows about well built motors can help me come up with a offer. If I do get it.. I will be taking it down to put new rings in it and also to look over everything . It seems to be in pretty good shape, besides needing a few odds and ends. It also comes with a FCR 39 mm carb. So it will have everything Ill need to just put it in my quad and race. I know all about the price of race gas and so on, I also know about what it cost to build a motor like this. but I thought it would be helpfuly tohear what you guys have to say about this befor I go make any big moves.. If I dont buy this Motor I'll be building a 465. Thanks for your time guys. and plzs dont post if your going to just say get a 450R..
Thanks for your time
Victor

dude if he wants your motor and 500 bucks DO IT NOW!!! That is a killer deal! My 426 TC built me cost over 2000 to build, and thats not including the carb youll be getting and the stroker crank yours has that mine doesnt, and also the 440 sleeve. Id say thats a 2500-3000 dollar motor to build easy...

Definitely take advantage, I definitely know that I WOULD!!!
