My carb is leaking out of the overflow line pretty steadily. I took it apart and figured out that the float valve is not sealing properly. I can lift the float all the way, and blow into it, and its not sealed at all. Is this valve replaceable? If not does anyone have an FCR for sale?

yeap, that will fix it , those needles are bad about getting damaged sometimes because the tip is made of some type of plastic. the needle should be inexpensive and is easy to switch out.
