The revbox adds about 1000 rpm to your limit. I was hitting the rev limiter from 2nd gear all the way up into 5th gear. Put in a white bros rev box now there is no rev limit. Seems to be no problems. Have had it in for about a year, $70 from ALBA. Stay closer to the cr250 & kx250 thru the tight stuff. Luv it........

the 05 is mine and the 03 is my dads he got it for 400 bucks it need a few little parts here and there and pistion and rings but not bad for 400 smakers and it has c sreis big gun slip and renthals razos2 in front and hds in the back so good deal:devil:

what mods do u have done to ur bike besides the pipe and 450r carb??? just wonderin, cuz i want to do a 416, pipe, cam, piston and then do the 450R carb. but i am afraid it will be too much carb for those mods

Isnt the hotstart hole supposed to be plugged? will that mess w/ the jetting or anything if its plugged or not?

Thanks, its about the only thing i can manage to keep shined up, im gonna keep on the air box too. Once ya get the first couple coats on though its a breeze to shine after that.

I love it ! Great bottom and mid gains. Top end is better then stock but not by that much, its mostly bottom and mid i find. It is loud. But you can get the Pro Circuit Quiet End Caps Assembly they have available.

Not as loud as a HMF, louder then a Yosh RS-3.

The quiet end caps are $60 U.S. straight from Pro Circuit. Ever see those black end caps that Ricky Carmicheal(sp?) and James Stewart have on their bikes ? Thats them.

Mine went bad reasonably quick, cracks in the frame and swinger broke into 3 pieces. lol That was an interesting landing. :blah:

i highly doubt its louder than a yosh... most people think yosh's are quiet because they come from the factory witht hte quiet core installed and most peopl dont know it. i have a full yosh pipe and let me tell you it is loud. ive had 2 hms one on my 250x and have on on my big bear. its louder than a raptor 660 wit ha gytr pipe with no packing as well. its basiacally trhe same as the hmf so my guess is pretty much identical sound level

Kurt ...the easiest way to explain it is . My brother is a way better rider than I am He has a 440 with a 42mm carb, full exhaust, and hot cam stage 2. My 416 with the valves and porting smoked him by 2 bikes...we raced several times too.

Give it time, that's what I once said. Before you know it the stock shocks won't cut it at all and you'll be pouring more money into it.
