how do i post pics

I just scanned a few pics and dont know how to post them. any one offer help?

go to imageshack.us and click host it and it will bring up ur pics then pic the one u want then click ok then it will come up a with a page full of the adress thingys find the one for the fourms all it should have is just the adress thingy and a [IMG] on both sides

www.imageshack.us click on browse find your pic, click open, then click host it..... it will be in the first box, on the left, it will be a link, with 2 IMG tags....paste that into the box here and voila
