How to build the best 416???

I am looking at building a 416, what would be the ultimate set up for $1500-$2000. Keep in mind the stuff listed below that I already have.

Tell me what you have learned in previous machines that you have built. What works good and what doesn't. What is the best combination of aftermarket hop ups?
