gonna pull a backflip

SUP everyone I have been thinking long and hard and I am going to do the backflip this christmas vacation any ways I can do it on a dirt bike and no it isn't a 50 it is a full blown 97 CR 250 but I have just gottin into quads about 2 month's ago and I have the rite jump it is 60 long shoots you 17 to 22 feet high and the lip is perfect I have done this jump thousands of times on a dirtbikeand about 40 times on a quad and I am stoked to try a flip off it but a quad is so different from dads 250 and has anyone done it from dirt to dirt. I did it on a blaster into my friends BMX foam pit and he won't let me do it on dirt. So I will be doing it on a 450yfz with +2 LT and a stock rear end except for axle and axis shock and was wondering has any body here done one on this site or have any pointers

yes jon did it with wes' ramp and a huge snow ski slope landing, and hes damn lucky because he nose dived HARD the first two attempts, face plant. if it was dirt i dont think he would have been able to do the third attempt where he bounced off the bike, or the fourth attempt he stuck.

I think they are going to be using Kelly's ramp. It's not quite as steep as the backflip ramp.

I DID IT TODAY. JUST PULLED A BACKFLIP ON MY STOCK 400EX. it was insane, we made this 30 ft jump thats like straight vertical. and i just put it iin 3rd and pinned it. but the damned thing is i cant type because i paralyzed my arms...

Did one today. Well....... the 400 did. Me and the bike separated mid air. I was just trying out a new jump but it was more of a vert ramp and it threw me, the bike fliped and landed on my back. God this hurts. so back to the hot bath and vicodin.

I almost pulled one the other day on my Z400, more of an accident though, lmao. Went off a little 2 foot jump cuz I was bored, guess I should try to ride that damn 'zuki more. But anyways, went off, got vertical, bout snapped off the grab bar, and decided to park it after I realized I had just about P****D myself!. I think that anyone who would try it has got to be nuts. Just about flipping it backwards is bad enough, I can't imagine being that f'in high up and not sure wether or not I'm gonna land with my neck intact.

well just thought i would share my story...make this thread halfway real...about 2wks ago i was out riding in a local area..i see a crowd of people so i rode over there..there was some jack***** that had riden at some guys sponge pit from metal mulisha...anyways he thought he could do it on a dirt jump to a dirt landing..and im not talking a man made dirt jump..that fool took off hit the jump got the bike halfway around and bailed...as soon as he bailed it seemed like the bike lost momentum also and came straight down and landed on top of him...guys tried to walk but couldnt just kept falling back down..i guess i broke something around his hip..I had the video on my camera phone but it didnt come out good..i was to far away....

hey i dont waant to sound like a talker..

but my friend is like dead serious about doing one.

he bought his 400 new this summer and the first week he had it he was doing no foot cans cliff hangers. bar hops.

he Is pretty crazy...

he wants to do it at my pit but i dont think i wanna see someone die there.. so we will build a ramp and put it someplace els... if nuts hup and Actually doe sit..

i will get pics and a vid if it happends..

i dont think it will but he wants to be the first kid to do it hahah
