FMF Powercore 4....300EX

Hey,
I just bought a 300ex, and im thinking about putting on the full FMF powercore 4ipe but i dont like how far it sticks out, im wondering if theres any way i can cut it myself into a shorty, if its hard, and how to do it, and also what will it afect my pipe? thanks and ill look for replys

on the powercore 4 you can cut all the way up to the mounting bracket obn the silencer where it connects to where your grabbar is. I wouldnt come within 2 inches of that mounting bracket to give yourself a little leeway. all ti will do is make it louder... no noticeable power gains

buy an HMF are some thin dont buy a FMF i know about FMF a full FMF will make ok HP but a HMF slip on will make more HP then a FMF full will.

dont waste your time with an FMF....buy a better pipe;)

Thanks a ton everyone, i really appreciate it!!! I am not goin to buy and FMF because of what u all say, and i suppose your all well respected riders ;) but anyways, im looking into and HMF or a BIG GUN!!!!

i havent got my Big Gun in yet im gettin it for christmas but ill make sure to update everyone on how i like it :D
