Has anyone had any trouble with the 450 throwing oil out on the swing arm? If so, what did you do to fix it?

Where's the oil coming from.

It could be the seal for the counter shaft

It comes from a tube around the air box. I've noticed several other YFZ's around various tracks that do the same thing. Some one called it a puke tube, I don't know what it is. But I would like to fix it because I get tired of the mess.

Are you sure your not over filling it.
When I first got my 250f bike I had a similar problem. (it has a vent tube that blows out bye your left foot, and it was blowing oil like crazy)
I was checking the oil when cold and kept adding oil, only to later find out that these bikes need to be checked after oil has been cerculated.
