how are mx tires in trails?

just wondering how they are. i was thinking of getting kenda klaws. i know ill lose a little bit of ground clearence but do they still do alright?

yeah they do ok. Sometimes I trail ride with my Razr MX's when I dont feel like changing to my Razr II setup and gearing. The biggest problem with trail riding MX tires other than the ground clearance is the fact that they are almost all 2 ply. Needless to say its risky to run a 2 ply tire in the woods for long because you run a high risk of getting a flat in the rough stuff....
