I was lookin on rockymountainatv.com and was wondering which one I should go for. I hear good things about ebc, but tusk is half the price of EBC. Maybe it means half the quality, I dunno. Feedback anyone?

You get what you pay for. If you just trail ride and dont mind putting another clutch in soon get the tusk. Otherwise get the EBC

I put a Tusk clutch in mine a couple of months back and so far so good. My only complaint is that I bought the heavy duty springs which made my clutch pretty hard to pull.

Think I'm going for the ebc. How's installation? Am I gonna need a shop manual?

Just make sure to pay attention to how the plates are inserted into the basket. The last plate sits in the slots that don't go all the way to the bottom of the basket. Also make sure to order a new cover gasket.

i had a TUsk clutch in mine & bought the heavy springs & couldnt really notice a difference in pull but the clutch never messed up even after 6 months when I sold it...highly recommend for a trail rider

get the ebc. my freind had a tusk and it sucked. quit workin right after bout 2 months. as far as ive seen no tusk products are high quality. i know for a fact their clutch, tie rod ends, and kill switches suck.

ive got the tusk clutch with the heavy duty springs and it sucks *****, it fades really bad when it gets warm. im going to be putting the stock clutch back in real soon. dont waste your money on the tusk.

be wary off the ebc too, you're better with stock or barnett.

Just ordered the EBC. Didn't really feel like pissin around with the guys at honda just to get a stocker. Hate when dealers beat around the bush and tell you that you need all sorts of other parts...... oh well I'll see how it holds up. Now all I've got to do is get a gasket
