this is me 2 years ago. I was going to do a bodybuilding show but deceided to go on vacation instead, lol! i dont look like this now but i can do it again if i wanted to. its crazy how many looks and whistles from girls you get when your in shape. They just flock to you.

oh man, i was 21 in that pic. ive been lifting since i was 14 but got really serious sophmore year of high school. i was 177 in that pic with 6 % bodyfat. I had veins in my friggen abs! needless to say, i was a gym freak and on a sound diet for about 5 months.

lmao,no need to now about my jimmy jim now,ehh i've been on and off at the gym since last febuary,was really into it then just lost intrest i guess,buy my mom just ordered the bowflex crap so i should be good here ill work out for a hour every day,i went from 165 to 152 pounds though ,which is good,as for my body fat % o crap i dont even no?lol,im not to fat but im not skinny skinny,ehh sux but wat can you do

Heres my 85 Chevy K10 Shortbed with 33x12.5" tires on stock 1/2 ton springs in the back, M1008 Military truck springs in the front, 3 leafers and M1008 trucks are rated for 1 1/4 ton. No sway-bar attached either. All four tires still have contact. I don't really off-road this truck, I had a suzuki samurai with 5" SPOA and 31x10.5's but I traded it.
