couple a-arm questions

I'm looking into getting a set of +2/+1 a-arms for my 300ex, and was wondering what the best bang for the buck is. I like the burgard arms and they seem reasonably priced.

I ride woods, open fields, mud, sand, and gonna race a few xc races. Will Heim joints on the upper a-arms hold up in these environments or should i get the stock style pivots? What are the advantages/disadvantages of heim joints? and how much are they if i had to replace them?

Burgard it is! You may want to look into Eyeball arms, i dont think they are too expensive.

Should i get arms with Heim upper joints or the stock style bushings? What are the advantages of Heim joints, and how fast would they wear out with normal trail riding and some XC racing?
