Hey gang,

Thought I'd start sharing all my rebuild documentation and pictures for everyone to look over and get a sense of what might work on your setup

here's a picture of the comparison of the 450R PWR radiator compared to stock. The 450R PWR radiator cools 30% more. Cooler motor no HP fade!

whats kewl about this radiator is that the stock fan bolts right up to it just like OEM would.

OK Tame- I will let you and other know. The radiator seems to be really built well. All the welded seams are really nice. It's impressive but expensive. Wasn't happy about price. Oh well, needed it.

Chad were some of the fins bent on yours out of the box?

naa, I don't think so. I think it was my handling of it lately. I'll have to straighten a few- that's all

I had some minor bends right out of the box on mine is why i asked. Nothing bad but just kinda bothered me.

you like it right? seems expensive but well built. did you straighten the fins out?

Yeah i like it, took a few minutes and staightened them out. Everything else about it looks really good. I think whoever they have boxing them needs a talking too.

Looks awesome that should cool your bikr down some i have not had any problems with mine yet but i also run the blue ice coolant whick also helps keep things cool....Chris

I was looking at them the other day and you are right they are spendy, although I haven't priced a stock 450r one but I did price a stock ltz400 radiator and it was dang near the same price as the Fluidyne radiators they retail for $449.95 :ermm:

yea they are expensive. $369 was the cheapest I found.

a stock 450r radiator is $80 bucks my cost maybe $90 i forget

I have seen the PWR radiators selling on ebay for about $300.

yes, the last time I saw on ebay it was $369. it's now $300?

i got mine for like 319.00 shipped off of ebay. but that was for a kfx

As soon as my other computer opens up i will tell you the exact cost of a stock radiater but my parts guy is doing a estimate as i play on the site i will get back to you on that....Chris

retail price is $94.36 for a stock honda radiator

not to sound stupid but is PWR and Fluidyne the same company the radiators look like they are the same.

just wanted everyone to know that the OEM PWR radiator installed perfectly and it seems like an excellent product thus far.

I bought a stock radiator about a month ago. I paid $64.00 plus tax for it.
