Is this a stage 1,2,3,4???? sorry I have a 3 but can't remember the lift ect :) LMK thanks!!

this one is the stg4, the best webcam has to offer for the 300ex!

Is this a drop in cam or does it need hardened rockers n such??

It needs hardened rockers, it is an aggresive cam...
