Yep they are custom made there is a picture of each of us teamates in the graphics along with our names on the side panels. There is Lightning cuz we were Team Gt Thunder

That's a really nice 450 R !! I like the flag graphics on the gas tank ( where can I get them ) and I also see you have ascerbis hand guards. I bought the same kind and I'm having some trouble getting the right side by the front brake lever to fit because of the wiring around the brake lever any tips, by the way my mounts are the universal ones. Thanks:)

Thanks, I got the graphics from www.graphicmx.com. I had the same problem with my handguards too so I just mounted the brackets between the my grips and throttle on the right side and between the grips and and the hotstart button on the left side.

either way, if my header was that blue I'd be really worried that I wasn't to lean. BTW, it is possible to run lean on bottom or idle, and rich on main for top.

All pipes turn blue after use, unless it's ceramic coated.

Every 400ex stock pipe that I've ever seen was blue even with stock parts and stock jetting which is actually rich from the factory.

all I've used is stainless too and have even thrown mine on the dyno a few times with a/f monitoring and have never seen a blue header on mine. above 13 on the a/f is lean and causes extreme temperatures.

I see what ya mean tho, Rico. I'm not saying that it is impossible to have bluish header- just a concern.

hey mine is bule and it just got off the dyno and it is normal for it to be blue and if you ride at night your pipe should glow if not you are to rich and you are losing power just my 2cents

it dynoed at 74hp but that was with 20 shot of nos so it should have been like 54 or 55

hey ppl, all I'm saying is that this header is too much blue. I've seen blue maybe a few inches back from the exhaust port, but this is almost the entire header.

The seat of the pants might feel like everything is strong, but that's cause the motor is running lean. lean motors feel like they snap. They also inadvertantly run real hot. hot motors have hot exhaust gasses. hot exhaust gasses cause headers to look like this,.....
