Dont mean to hijack your thread but
BSchorr does that have a lid to it, to keep out the water ? I like the thats set up, but i ride mud and lots of water every once and awhile and i would drown my quad

Yes, i have a lid, i take it off for more air flow, i think i made a dif when when your pinning threw the gears. i saw this setup on a pros atv here, so i decided to make it the same, its very nice, regular aluminum boxes go for like 80-100, but then they dont store teh regulator either. my box is this one

It retails for a whoppin $189 whitch is alot, but the thing that sucks about these, is you have to take out some of the stuff to get the air filter to maintance it, whitch SUCKS BIG TIME!!
Other wise if you like to tinker with the atv like i do, got for it! i like to make sure everything is perfect

Pics look good but I see where you may have an oppurtunity....you are not protecting the wires coming in with little rubber gromlets to prevent the cable from wearing out while you hit bumbs, I dont think it would be a lot of fun shorting your bike out.

ya, i fixed that gromet, i have to superglue it in cause it doesnt like to say in, ya but i might just find a pair of used front shocks, cause i cant afford $800 shocks for trail riding, and ice racing if ya know what i mean, i might mx once and a while, i cant really, cause i have asthma
