Mine works, but I have to adjust it frequently.

I've kept mine on the quad because I ride mostly trails and I figure I might want it to temporarily hold the quad on a hill if my chain breaks someday or something.

I also use it when I'm putting my gear on while the quad warms up so I don't have to chock the wheel to keep it from rolling down the hill behind my barn.

if the parking break is adjusted correctly then it wears down your break pads while your riding....bext thing to do is take that POS off and put on a block off plate & use 1st gear if you dont want it to roll

I've been on a steep enough hill where 1st wouldnt hold me! I did the smart thing and moved to where it wasnt so steep :D

My brake isnt blocked off yet, but it isn't adjusted either, i just gotta get a block off plate

Don't forget to put a little silicone on the plate before you install it.

blocked off because it wears out the side of the pad more when its not adjusted right.

Mine lasted for about 4 days, it wont hold, and Im not adjusting it. I leave it in gear or turn the wheels.
