question about tires and sizes

what size rims would i need for the front and back to race and what kind of tire and what kind of rim is the best thanx

you need to tell us which quad you own, and what style of riding/racing you do.

from now on, it is best for you to post stuff on here, not through email. you said you had a 400ex, and that you race. we really need to know what type of racing you do to give you advice on tire/rim choice. do you race motocross, crosscountry? for now, your stock rims should be fine for either type of racing.

oh ok i just figured out how to reply on this site thingy and i race motorcross. sorry for the confusion/ trouble. yeah so the stock ones should be fine or should i get some beaklocks and maybe itp hollshots or what im not to sure

stock rims should be fine, i would go with some 18'' holeshot rears, and some holeshot 19" fronts.

ok thanx i iwll probably get some i am goin out this weekend and getting a head pipe rev box and this air box cover thing it it has a outer wear on top with a billet plate and i am alson gonna get hand gaurds so i will check those tires out while i am at it ok thanx again

i wouldnt get the head pipe and rev box if i were you, for you at the this, those are the last things you should be spending money on.
