Hey Guys......

I have a friend with a Z400.We have the motor apart and the cylinder needs sleeved.I have found a wiseco 440 kit.(12.5.1)
The thing is everything that I read says that you have to run race fuel or at least a race fuel mix.Dose everyone with this kit have to run race fuel????We are tring to stay away from that.any info you guys could give would be great.

yes you are goin to at least have to run a race fuel or race fuel mix.

on a z400, you may not have too. i am not too sure. better ask the guys with z's.

you could thermal coat the piston and probably be safe on premium pump gas

If you are trying to stay away from race fuel than i would look around and find a 440 kit with 11-1 compreesion or lower so you dont have to run race gas.the fuel can get spendy if you have to run it strait.
