people whine how it is now, they wont ever be happy, i say make it the same, but moderm, bubble, round etc all that stuff, same layout and colors

To honestely answer your question. An 8 hr job, new baby,traveling,racing, some sleep I think. Keeping site
sponsors happy, modding the mods..

I am sure Mr.Foley is looking into a new site and look. But does not happen over night with out extensive testing etc before throwing it out to the critics to either love it or hate it.
