any tips for REKLUSE install?

Got the kit yesterday. Going to be doing the install tomorrow with a friend who also just got the kit.
Instructions look pretty straight forward but I know how that goes...:rolleyes: lol.

went pretty well. the instructions were very easy to follow. I still have to install the perch adjuster. I couldn't finish because it was time for me to go to work. I did take it for an easy ride though. :D It's cool. I need to do the perch before I ride it again though because it gears were "almost" engaged. Wouldn't stall when at a complete stop but still wanted to roll.
The only issue I had was the little aspirin shaped spacer wasn't perfectly round and I had to dremel it a little to get it to fit right. Luckily, one of my buddy's had a dremel and I didn't have to wait for Rekluse to send a replacement.
