I need a new clutch for my 01 250. Somethin that'll hold up well and is relatively cheap. Can anyone help me out here?

Oh yeah I need to switch my axle and swingarm bearings out. Just wonderin if I absolutely NEED a shop manual to do this, or if it's simplistic work.
