It's time to bump the old 99EX up to a 416. Currently I have the XR400 cam in it, which did make a noticeable difference on the bottom end. I'm wanting to keep the XR cam and install a Weisco or JE 11:1 416 piston with gaskets. Is this going to be a good route with the XR400 cam or would it be better to install a different cam to get the most ouf the 11:1 piston?
